GENERAL
- Violations of these terms will result in cancellation of order and potential client blacklist.
- Payment is through PayPal or Zelle only.
- Usage of my art for AI or NFTs is strictly prohibited. I do not allow for retail purposes unless specifically stated.
- if you have read through everything, please include an "apple" at the end of your request! :)

PROCESS
- I have the right to refuse any commission as I deem fit.
- Commission process will take 1 week to a month. This is determined by complexity of request and the volume of slots I am taking at that moment. Should there be any delays, and the client will be notified immediately.
- To request a commission, DM me on twitter if you want any clarifications or have questions.
- Hard deadlines unfortunately are not able to be given. I do these commissions based on my free time and while I can give a good estimate on when it will be finished, an exact date is not possible. I will try my best to give commissions as efficiently and with good quality.
- Payment is fully upfront.
- Final product will be given via .JPEG or .PNG file, will be sent through email or dm of your choice.
- I will keep you updated throughout the entire process, feel free to ask me any questions during and I will make sure to answer within the best of my ability.
- Original characters MUST have a reference attached when requesting.- A maximum of three revisions is allowed during the sketching process.
After the rendering process begins, only urgent emergency revisions will be allowed once.
- Please disclose to me if you would not like your commission to be uploaded. Otherwise, there is the possibility I will post them on social media.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
- A legitimate reason must be given for cancellation of order.
- If I am not able to complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If cancelled, client can request a 50% refund if the commission has already been started at that time.
